Travelers can opt for a 4x4 transfer to the desert camp instead of camel riding if needed—please request in advance. - Accessibility:
Unfortunately, this experience is not wheelchair accessible due to the desert terrain and traditional accommodations.
Please contact us in advance if you have specific mobility needs—we’ll do our best to accommodate. - Infant Policy:
Infant seats are available upon request.
The tour is not recommended for children under 3 years old due to long driving hours and desert conditions. - Travel Insurance:
We recommend that all guests have comprehensive travel insurance that covers desert travel and medical emergencies. - Luggage:
Please bring an overnight bag for the desert camp and leave larger suitcases in the vehicle or with your main accommodation if possible.
We can safely store your main luggage during the desert stay. - Climate & Clothing Tips:
The desert can be hot during the day and cold at night —we recommend bringing layers, including a warm jacket for the evening.
Comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are also highly recommended.
